Amnon David Ar was born in Israel in 1973, and studied arts at Municipal High School of Tel Aviv, anatomy of the arts with Oswald Adler, at the Bezalel Academy, and as the student of Abraham Bykov.
The Prime Ministers Collection was founded by Amos Aharoni, for the purpose of honoring and saluting the Prime Ministers whether they currently lead and have lead the State of Israel since its birth.
